对我们来说,就是在obmm和bsacmd之外又多了一种针对bsa的新工具,对天际来说,不需要再借助辐射的fomm拆包bsa了,并且修改后的文件能装回去了.

以前都是直接用的MOD,对BSA没有直接操作过,天际出之后有必要去研究下BSA了.
